1.1 Within North West England, to provide a forum for discussion between - and a voice for - all organisations and individuals involved in promoting more sustainable transport outcomes, aligned with healthier lives.
1.2 To campaign, via policy-making and educational channels, for sustainability as it applies to transport and land use as part of a low-carbon future for the region.
